Ingrediants. Chicken, Pork, Rabbit, and Shell fish. How much or little depends on how much meat and fish you like.
Good short grain rice. Couple cloves Garlic. One Tomato chopped small Some Green beans ( Cooked ) Red Pepper. Some chopped and some in strips to decorate Para Paella powder or ~Saffron . salt to taste Good Chicken Stock. Saute the meat , add some chopped red pepper and garlic in pan with the ' para paella ' powder until well cooked. add some of the shell fish ( keep some back to decorate ) stir together, add the cooked green beans, the pulp and juice of the tomato then the salt to taste. Then add the Rice. One cup per. two persons. Fry gently in Olive Oil mixing everything together and coating all the rice, for about 1 minute. Spread everything out in the pan evenly then add the stock two cups for every cup of rice added. The stock has to be really well flavoured, a good home made, chicken bone stock. Decorate with red pepper strips and remaining shell fish. ( Prawns Mussels etc. ) and a sprinkling of fresh chopped parsley. Bring the whole thing to the boil then lower the heat and simmer gently for about 30mins. turn heat off and leave to rest for about 15mins. Turn heat back on and make sure all water/ stock is absorbed and the bottom has caramelized a little, then it is ready to enjoy.
It is important that you do not stir after adding the stock.
